     Similar to the Mophia in that this is a bird-like mammal; quadruped and flightless.
     Inhabits mostly swampy ground and open marshy / lake areas - uncommon on plains etc. Long, naked legs with paddle-like toes; a capable and efficient swimmer.
     Herbivore.
     Domesticated and used as a beast of burden by the Ondrai; affable, amiable and accepts tack without complaint. Larger individuals used for hauling carts etc, smaller specimens for pulling personal transport; subspecies has also been bred as riding stock.
